Policies and Procedures

If a student (current or former) has a complaint against IDSVA, they may file a written complaint with the Director of the School, CEO, or President. Such complaints will be handled through the grievance procedure detailed in the Student Handbook. If this process is not satisfactory, the student may file a complaint with the following appropriate agency:
