Paper: Shade: Afrofeminist Philosophy Crafting Contemporary Cultural Institutions accepted for presentation at the Twenty-First International Conference on the Arts in Society: Modeling Life Systems: Art, Algorithms, Ecologies, to be held 10–12 June 2026 at the Department of Theatre Studies, School of Philosophy, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece.
Curated by InLiquid in collaboration with Zindzi Harley, Brownin’ showcases five Philadelphia-based artists whose work studies the Black figure and celebrates black identity by redefining the meaning of beauty.
Zindzi Harley served as Curator for the REVOLT Art Fair during Miami Art Basel (December 2–6, 2025), showcasing contemporary works centered on themes of resistance and cultural transformation.
